OUTBURST Change Title Of Debut Album

Dutch thrashers OUTBURST have changed the projected title of their debut album to "Fair and Balanced" from the previously announced "From Hell".

"Fair and Balanced" was recorded at Double Noise studio in Tilburg, Holland with producer Jochem Jacobs (TEXTURES, HIDING WITH GIRL). The CD will feature two guest appearances: TEXTURES vocalist Eric Kalsbeek can be heard on "Attack of the Overfiend" and CEPHALIC CARNAGE frontman Leonard Leal unleashed his grunts on "What The Eyes See". To return the favor, OUTBURST singer Tjerk has recorded vocal parts for the new CEPHALIC CARNAGE record, due on Relapse Records in early 2005.

OUTBURST, who are currently unsigned, are speaking with interested parties to get the album released in early 2005.
